Day 1: Level 1 Areté Alchemic Color & Product Knowledge
In this certification workshop, immerse yourself in a full day of both theoretical and hands-on training featuring our revolutionary ammonia-free color line, Areté Alchemic Color. Areté is devoted to beauty through mindful creation, allowing you to experience high-performance, clean color crafted without Ammonia, Resorcinol, or PPDs.
By the end of day 1, you'll depart with comprehensive knowledge about the latest Areté brand – from the 91 available shades and beyond. Our Artists/Educators will not only share the romantic brand narrative but also impart a deep understanding of the foundational principles that shape our business. This training will empower you with the confidence to seamlessly integrate and offer Areté services.
Day 2: Alchemic Color Techniques with Lead Artists Marissa & Jordan
On the second day, delve into another comprehensive session, blending both theoretical and hands-on training, focusing on Alchemic Color, along with the Care, Treatment, and Styling ranges previously covered on Day 1. Put your acquired knowledge into practice through an in-depth exploration of Alchemic Color, Artist Tech Tips, and witness a live model demonstration featuring Areté's lived-in-color by Marissa and the refinement of colorist techniques by Jordan.
